Marion Ruthig, Founder and Executive Director
Marion is a certified public accountant with over 12 years of experience. She started her career at the Northern Trust in Chicago working on various types of trusts including charitable remainder trusts. After that she spent seven years working as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP serving a wide array of clients in various industries. She worked for Grinnell College’s Treasurer’ Office for three years, which included working with their Development Office on potential planned gifts as well as the review of charitable trust tax returns. More recently she worked for Klein, Hall & Associates, LLC in Naperville Illinois where she audited non-profits and prepared their tax returns. She lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and three children.

Lisa Klingbeil, President
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a postgraduate computer career certificate. She has been an active member of the Naperville Jaycees for more than 24 years, having held the offices of secretary, treasurer, webmaster, and served on the board of directors for many years. She was the executive director of the Last Fling Labor Day Festival in 1996, overseeing a work force of close to 200 volunteers. The event that year earned a net profit of $110,000 which was donated to local community charities. She lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and two children.
Maura Cannon, Treasurer
Maura is an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager with Old Second National Bank where she has worked for over 10 years. In addition, she is actively involved in the community and volunteers for many local organizations which include for Feed My Starving Children, Naperville's Ribfest and teaching elementary students with Junior Achievement. She grew up in Naperville, Illinois and still lives there with her husband and two children.
Carla Lesnik, Secretary
Carla has over ten years of experience in project/program management for food manufacturers and consumer products companies, including Kraft Foods Group and The Hillshire Brands Company. Carla's career experience has included new product commercialization process design and implementation in addition to direct program leadership of innovation product launches for such brands as DiGiorno, Kraft, and Philadelphia. In addition, Carla has been an active member of the I Support Community Coffee Campaign Crew kids program. Carla is originally from Naperville and resides there today with her husband and two children.
Shaun has over twenty years of experience in corporate and entrepreneurial business development. Most recently, as the Founder of PROJECTBOOST, Shaun created a fundraising platform for small community non-profits. As a Principal at the magis group, he was responsible for working with small and start-up businesses to achieve greater growth. Prior to joining the magis group, Shaun served as CEO of EggFusion, Inc., a privately funded, innovative advertising and food safety company and WAN Technologies, Inc. (WANTEC), a venture-backed managed network services company. Prior to WANTEC, Shaun was founder and CEO of Digistar Networks, Inc., a satellite communications company. He was also the co-founder and President of The Network Group, Inc., a telecommunications integration company. In ten years at Ameritech Corporation, Inc. (now AT&T), Shaun had a variety of roles in emerging businesses, the last as General Manager, Data Services for the mid-market business unit and he started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Shaun earned a BA in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross. He resides in Glen Ellyn with his wife and three kids.
